IS IT WORTH playing this champion AP just for this ability to do 1600 DAMAGE with it's attacks?

I loaded 1600 AP DAMAGE onto a single AUTO ATTACK and quite literally vaporised an enemy

There is literally 0 reason why this ability has 100% AP SCALING but I love it

Seriously, these AP ratios on this champion make 0 SENSE but still do SO much damage

YOU SHOULD NOT build this champion FULL AP but 1200 damage is 1200 damage

I have NO idea how 0 scaling on this champion can do THIS much damage with this build
